Returns & Exchanges


We will gladly exchange or refund internet purchases only (in the same form as original payment) all unworn, non-clearance merchandise with the packing slip and original packaging within 10 days of the original packing slip. All handbag, accessory and apparel  refunds must have the original tags attached to the merchandise as when sold.

1. Your refund will be credited to the original credit or debit card that was used for your purchase.

2. Clearance merchandise is Final Sale and may not be returned for a refund or exchange.

3. All items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged even if they are not clearance price.

4. Merchandise must be returned unworn in the original packaging and shipping container within 10 days of the original packing slip
5. Both items purchased under Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotions must be returned for a refund.

*Please note items that do not comply with this policy will be shipped back to you.
Contact us at (678) 509-5115 to obtain a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and to discuss the return shipping options. Please note that RMA numbers expire 10 days after they are issued.


  • A receipt is required for all merchandise returns.

  • No cash refunds, exchange only for merchandise returned within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • Only UNWORN/SELLABLE merchandise with original tags and packaging will be accepted for exchange.
  • All handbags and accessories are non returnable.

  • Clearance merchandise is non-returnable for exchange.
  • Online return policy does not apply to in-store purchases (please refer to in-store return policy).
